Laser scanning and 3D model of Liepāja Theatre facades

The Liepaja Theater is a neoclassical building, the construction of which began in 1912 and completed in 1917. The facades of the building are designed in a strict classical form, using the classical order and its characteristic ornaments. The architectural elements of the building were inspired by both neoclassicism and art nouveau examples, thinking of the theatre as a temple of art or a sacred place.

During World War II, the building was destroyed by fire but was restored later. In 2011, the Liepaja Theatre was restored.
