The building is located in an important historic centre of Tukums, so the renovation of this building is very significant. Such a two-story wooden building was built on Talsu Street in the 19th century.

In 2021, the building's structures were deemed dangerous, after which the building was found unsafe for habitation. In the summer of 2023, a point cloud of the residential building was created by laser scanning, which we used to create a 3D model.
